Achieving impact in our complex yet dynamic world full of opportunities comes in various of forms, such as having a vision, identifying a goal and outlining various objective to drive multiple actions. As a youth-led organisation with a vision to reshape the climate narrative one youth and community at a time, people form a crucial place is actualising our objectives through action to achieve our vision.
In February, our vibrant team had it first session of the year to enhance our upcoming programme to outline major opportunities to expand growth and challenges to mitigate, drawing form our 2023 experiences and impact. A significant portion of the meeting was dedicated to understanding climate change challenges from the perspective of local communities with valuable insights into the situation of the various communities we have worked with and the next steps from there on. Emphasizes on the crucial role of coastal community involvement in achieving our organization's mission and vision for the year was explored in details with Adams Munnir the volunteer community manager speaking through his encounters in some communities and other members sharing lessons from the past couple of months.
The meeting provided a platform for the team to align on key priorities for the year, with a focus on community engagement and strategic planning. By leveraging our collective insights and experiences, we are poised to make significant strides towards achieving our mission of reshaping the climate narrative and driving positive change in local communities.
